• The idea of establishing an Outsourcing Company transpired during a regular Outreach visit to Bahay San Rafael.  A home for children ages 8-14 yrs.old born with cerebral palsy.

• It is our continuing desire to commit & dedicate our revenues in support of these children’s growing needs. Thereby, the word “MANOS” (or HANDS, in English) was attached to the Orphanage’s name to signify that our hands will work to extend assistance to our business partners and our people, with Bahay San Rafael as our final mission.
